It does not provide who the qualified engineering firm was, the date of study completion, the term "pre-feasibility" which I assume is "preliminary", no all-in cost, total capital requirements, length of construction, "feasibilty-level project slated to commence construction 2016"-what is that and did it happen?, and other oddly missing information.
I looked at yearly news releases, but could not locate.
If they prepared a SEC compliant feasibility study using a qualified third party engineering firm it should be very easy to locate in news releases. Just couldn't find it. This is a big deal to clearly announce. Canadian and US standards are somewhat different.
