Buying a $0.5M Toyota that keeps on running because it was well built and generates you money from day one.
Not like a $90M Ferrari that is still sitting in the garage because you don't know how to start it.

Bevcanna has been trying to start that red car for three years and can't same to even get the garage door open.
They will pay more in interest then the cost of that facility this year alone.
That is good business.
