RE:CEO Peter's total holdings will be INCREASED A couple of things to consider on the options. What price are the options at ? Probably much cheaper than today's SP. Locking in profits probably. The other consideration, if he will vest them this year(today) and it's only 325000 shares. He's selling up to 765000 shares. You have to wait 3 years (if vested) to see him increase his holdings. Still long pyr and I will continue to wait for contracts to come...
