A surprise start

A surprise startGreat buzz on the launch. Hits all the flake buttons - female "entrepreneur", social enterprise supported by credit unions, IPO, vegan - are there any buzzwords missing?

Some don't seem to like the artificially high valuation.

Let's see how sales do. If that buzz keeps going, it could be $35 in a year.  Otherwise it'll be $0.35, because the food business really doesn't have that much juice in it.
