Tesla Powerwall and Installations?

Question: Tesla now requires its Powerwall to be coupled with their captive solar panels and or solar tiles.
Does this not change the parameters of the installation portion.
They were using electrical installers like EGT to do trained installs using whoever's solar panels.
Now these or other installers need to be roofer and tile/panel installers as well as electrical trained and approved.
Tesla are not making the whole of the install in house are they??
