RE:What is wrong with a sale !Nope no sale. Partnership Agreements is the vogue today.
No big requirement for cash or share dilution trades. Uses each and every partners captive abilities to reinforce the market activities to grow the industry.
Keeps the competitive edge alive as new partners sign on in different markets.Partners need to stay with current tecnological advances or be dropped.
New technologies sign on and grow faster with the partners in a larger market coverage.
