RE:Cool rollback 8:1

RE:Cool rollback 8:1The possibility of that happening is giving me deja vue in a bad way.  I'm relating that back to our alike company Dixie Brands who hooked up with BR Brands after management tanked Dixie and the new company couldn't even get out a financial statement to keep from being suspended.  BRCK  is the new symbol and both companies had some quality skus but they left the same management at the wheel that crashed Dixie.

I believe that this company was mostly traded on the CSE and the OTC didn't honour the suspension and it is going the same route that Abattis did, halted in Canada while the US investors bailed on the OTC.  Regulators took control and are more interested in winding up affairs than trying to fan the coals to salvage anything of value.

PBIC will probably have some input into this but I don't see a lot of cannabinoid savvy there, more like they just want a double and out of all parts of the portfolio they put together.

That ain't gonna happen without a triggering event in the US, especially at the rate this is going.
