RE:RE:RE:Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) weighs inI beg to differ Marketsense. We all know Heartland is the jewel and the IPL board is trying to keep the existing shareholders involved.

The watering down of our share of Heartland is offset by the inclusion of PPL's solid base as well as the 175% instant increase of the dividend.

All-in for the merger.
