Speciallygood, we should have all known better. Buying companies with shares has put Heritage into a RS situation because the revenues are not there to support the amount of shares outstanding. I questioned Clint several times about it but at that time he wasn't worried about iit. This deal wasn't structured properly right from the beginning. I'm hoping Clint can pull it off because right now it doesn't look that promising. The share price hit all time low last week. at .085 cents a share.
