RE:RE:RE:The Break FeeFirst, you did not answer the question of whether or not you were involved in any of the IPL negotiations, therefore I suspect that you were periferally, but on the Brookfield side.
Second, since promising to appoint IPL board members to the PPL board of directors would be advantageous to Brookfield during the ASC Hearing, it would have been repeatedly brought up by Brookfield's counsel, unless he was mentally deficient.
Thirdly, you have opinion, I have opnion, and so have the shareholders of IPL and PPL;  except in this case, their opinion counts, our not much. We shall see how they(including me) vote.
Wouldn't you agree?
