I think PPL goes up tomorrow which makes the deal terms closer...assuming market sold it down in anticipation for a higher bid...with that being dealt with I think PPL goes up...also I would figure the IPL board has to come out and say they still recommend the PPL offer over the revised Brookfield one...I do not think they have done that.
