RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:InflationThis complete load of bullshite on Sunday Yo Yo, have you no shame?....as of dated article below 47 states plus DC have legalized MJ, of which includes 98.6% of the US population.
Biden and Schumer are just trying to dupe the unaware and the not that bright into voting for them, if they are forced into a fair election. Klein is hoping to see federal legalization or decriminaliztion over the next 12mos as they continue to build out the company and increase market share. Nobody is going run for the sell button...but for you and the rest lost, short big time you deserve the reward. JMHO;..Opt

He doesn't have enough votes for it to pass. The market is saying it will never see the light of day. Biden has said he doesn't support legalization. Things are looking grim at the moment. This could change quickly but if you're looking to put new money in its likely best to wait and miss the first 10-15% upside. If it does get passed in some kind of miracle you can likely buy that same day and have only missed the very small beginning of the run Imo. Eventually the will be a short cover but it's going to have to have a trigger. I don't see that trigger at the moment. The Canopy CEO says in the next 12 months the US will open up. Those are big claims and I don't see anyway that's going to happen. People are betting on the safe banking to help this company. It may be a short term bleep to the upside but if you think about it, it actually helps Canopy's competition in the US much more. It will actually create huge companies with access to capital in the US and Canopy may end up the dinosaur of the industry or just a medium to small player. Right now they trade as the GOAT of the sector so there's a lot of room for downside. These are my opinions. There's bashes and bag holders that will be on the extremes of both side but from the outside looking in that's what I see. I will however trade the short cover whenever it comes.
