RE:NG pricingYes Farmer , I have been saying that for months . The price of nat gas in relation to 2019 , 2020 and 2021 prices are not being reflected in either the share price or asset value . And now with this OPEC+ agreement , that should settle the oil market , Monday will be interesting .
In 8 trading sessions we will get a real look at the earning potential of this combined enterprise . I am getting a sense of calm as the news has progressed this weekend , perhaps we will see some new interest as the world isn't ending (this week at least) .
Even with the hedges forced on VII , ARX still has an abundance of product sold at current prices and those hedges DO have an expiry date . As unpopular a thought as this may be to some , O&G is set to record significant profit and FCF in Q2 and Q3 is setting up even better . I look forward to seeing the true metric's of production , revenue and FCF as a baseline of things to come .
