DisagreeWith the post from Darb who thinks the "watering down" of of HPC's value is offset by a 
stronger company in PPL and a 175% increase in dividend.

Look,  the dividend is just a carrot.  Its bait to entice IPL holders into the net but it in no way
offsets the loss in equity value that HPC should have on a sale.   HPC is almost complete 
which means capex expenses will be rapidly diminishing.   They are too near the finshing line
to not get a better valuation IMO.  Yes its a crown jewel but being sold like a rough gemstone.

Who doesn't want a higher dividend but not at the expense of losing more money by a lower
equity valuation.    Here's a nickel for your $1 and another .50 in shares.   It doesn't equate in
my accounting.
