RE:Tourmaline consolidating the North Montney

RE:Tourmaline consolidating the North Montney
So this is from Tourmaline's press release July 16, 2021.
  • Tourmaline's two-year consolidation initiative in the Alberta Deep basin and B.C. Montney complexes is now essentially complete.
  • The company may pursue smaller asset deals or land purchases of a non-material nature, likely in 2022. There are currently no further large transactions planned.
It looks like SRX did not want to play ball or if there was an offer it was far too low.

I personally feel Storm is worth well over $5.00 per share and support management going it alone. They have gotten tremendous results and made great future plans. If Tourmaline does not see that ... then let's do it ourselves.

They have excellent infrastructure in place now, a huge land position and a ton of future drilling locations. Plus, they are planning on bringing down debt with both their budgets and current debt level at very manageable levels that keep production heading up. This current increase in natural gas prices only helps everything. So, at anything around $3.60 I am a BUYER!!!

The land claim is not only their problem but almost everyone in this region. It will get resolved. Just another temporary problem or a buying opportunity. My opinion. Angles.
