I ask brad 4 months ago why they don't borrow the money and drill this themselves instead trying to find someone to do the work, he couldn't  even give me a response. Drill the centroid and prove value to the project? Simple math to me.. the rest will fall  into place once you have a proven gold source. 

brad also told me they won't except anything under 10 million. Yes, they have had a ton of interest in this project but no one is willing to put the money unless they have a real stake in this project. I do believe that is the problem with this moving forward, the percentage offered to the partner is not enough skin for them to even bother investing. I'm hope I'm very wrong on this, but what else could it be?
