I would think the onlt thing that could be "massive" is to be bought out. "Get your shares while you can" might have meant a trading halt might be coming due to being bought out. If DM has a potential contract with the USA military and government then the USA government might want DM to be USA owned. This might take a bit of time. NDA would make sense. Just my opinion
