RE:RE:RE:RE:Managed MSFT partnershipIMO most of the companies listed on the TSX Venture are overvalued vis--vis what their balance sheets and performance shows. So, their managements are able to do something more effectively for their shareholders than MTLO. Algo's and manipulation can trump solid performance only so long. When MTLO posted the financial results, nobody's first complaint was about the undervalued share price, rather the comments were on the disappointing performance. That means we are not throwing the blame on algo's, etc. Proctor should recognize that and realize that he has a lot of work to do. He is not and should not be doing the techie work, so he should be 1000% on top of his sales people to understand what product development is needed so that sales folk can ramp up sales in not too distant future. And then he should be marketing the company to investors and large clients or strategic partners alike. As long as the share price is "undervalued" as per his own assessment, he is effectively saying that he is not doing his job well. So, start performing or voluntarily hand over the reigns to someone more capable for the sake of investors that he is accountable to. I wouldn't be able to sleep very well knowing that all of my shareholders are significantly underwater. He is probably most worried about a multi-billionaire who supports the company with a relatively small percentage of his worth compared to many shareholders. Someone shoot holes in this view if it is not reasonable....we need someone to say a few positive things about MTLO every now and then!!!
