RE:RE:From the blogosphere -That Grey BeardFalse. $c5.00 is not a fair price.  A fair fundamental basic value is $c6.00 per share, but this is a company takeout, should net a 40% minimum premium, therefore a fair offer is $c8.40.

But that isn't even the point.  

Selling out the company isn't Corvus Gold's style.  It's a prospect generator, and is to sell one project off at a time, not the entire company.  So the entire deal of taking out the entire company, with all three of its major projects at once, is an attempt to grab all the biscuits by Anglo.  Which it didn't even initiate with respect, when it offered a puny $c4.00.  Negotiations that end successfully don't generally start with an insult.  Anglo better get serious and negotiate in earnest, if it expects to exit this successfully.
