RE:RE:RE:RE:SHAWSHANK REDEMTION IS NOW AND FUTUREThat's definitely a tell tale sign of weak links, if not straight up lack of leadership at the ship's helm... hence why Adam had to step down/go... I've been adamant about his lack of enthusiasm and drive, especially as the CEO, you could see it clearly in his interviews leading up to his resignation.. it's not all founders that are cut out to continue as CEO's who can scale up their idea.

I think the appointment of a new CEO (Tania) is meant to revitalize the company's culture, including better interaction with us shareholders...  
For now, time will keep telling...
