Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

RE:RE:Newmont Rio Agnico KinrossCB, you are suggesting that Casino will be sold off piecemeal in portions?  I don't know if that is what the negotiating parties would prefer.

How would these dividends you refer to actually pan out?  Would the BOD agree to a partial sale of certain areas of the WRN property to RIO/others in multiple tranches over the span of a few years?

Do you foresee an updated PEA/PFS whereby a portion of the property is slated as a starter pit and that is sold first and we retain the rest?  I suppose that could happen, but the more likely scenario in that instance would be an acquisition and then a spinoff of a portion of the property that WRN would retain (i.e. Canadian Creek).  That would be an acquisition and a spinoff, not a dividend.  Your terms are a bit confusing.......
