they're already there - $400-$500MM in Revenues and EBITDA of ~$100MM attracts eyes of Private Equity (ie. take private deal) and other public issuers.
WELL is a bit of a mixed bag of assets, though. telehealth/digital assets, Canadian clinics (not sure if any US player wants these), and then CRH Medical which is big enough to be its own public issuer.
the good news is both CRH and MyHealth are roll ups/consolidators on their own, so the runway for growth from just those 2 pieces of the company is long. perhaps if they get big enough they could spin off and sell a standalone division?
i do think with Hamed owning so much stock that he would absolutely sell the company if a big bid came in. it's a clean exit to reap a huge windfall.
