How to get by Government Red tape?

Pay a fee to a has been Government insider with all the connections. Yes an ex Prime Minister who was no good for nothing except to con Canadians while in office for that very short period of time. Now she has a business that for a fee will cut through all kinds of Government Red tape. Plus after paying the fee one gets to use the monicker of former Prime Minister to give a more official credence to whatever outfit pays the fee.
