I'm watching to see if this new great guy that will do miracles for us, if he's buying into the great business that just hired him, so far I don't see any evidence of it.  :)
Do you remember the great salesman from UK last year, that was going to do great things for us in the UK and the Asian market, what happened to him?  :)
