totally agree - reading the multi page auditors opinion is frightening. I'm not sure how Toni even still has a job. then in the MD&A they have added about 10 pages of risks on the company as a 'going concern' which is not standard. and finally, they have buried the material developments that sprout will likely need to settle with several states and maybe the federal government on the tainted baby food.
