RE:Increase in equity by a few millionThanks Oneinamillion. This is what I get from the management discussion paper on Sedar: Total Assets net worth which includes property, investments and cash is $37,502,000, shares outstanding which includes all shares 1,808,360 which would give us a NAV of $20.73 a share. I would consider this fairly accurate because of the recent property assessment values. Becker has no debt around $800,000 cash on hand and investments valued at $4.7M mostly Couche-Tard shares and bank notes. So in my books with a NAV of $20.73 and we are trading under $14/share we are undervalued by a significant amount. Cheers Charlie.
