RE:Hydrogen and Plasma

RE:Hydrogen and Plasma

Hydrogen burners won't be an issue of competition  for many many years. It's far to difficult to produce and even more difficult to handle and deliver. It would require a pipe line network similar to what transports natural gas currently and massive amounts of power to produce the H2. Hydrogen gas is transported as a liquid generally by truck, not a fraction of what would be required to heat a furnace. It's much easier to bring energy to the pellet plants via electricity then it is to truck it in.  I'm invested here for this reason. If industry is forced to stop burning fossil fuels , they have 1 option. Plasma burners. That's it. That's all.

Hydrogen could be used in the plasma burners as the reactant gas to make the process 100% ghg emissions free however.  And yes that small amount of H2 could be trucked in.
