That would be great however there is a problem. That type of labour/skill set does not qualify for work visas in some type of expeditous manner if at all. Certain types of professional workers (long list in the USMCA trade deal (carry over from the old NAFTA) where a work visa is available at the border of entry (e.g. accountants, geologists, engineers etc etc.). Drill rig crews are skilled for sure like electricians, plumbers and other specialized folks who make great money, however that is not considered a professional for purposes of USMCA (4 year degree in very specific fields). A geologist or CEO can easily be brought in.
