At the time, the technology looked good and was at least partially functional at the scale they developed the telescope at. Had they been able to make it work at a small scale with plastic lenses it may have been a different story. Had it worked as well as they led everyone to believe it may have been a different story.
What people are pissed about is how the D's conducted themselves while they ran the company, and how they've clearly gone against the 'spirit' of 'the agreement'.
Paying themselves exorbitant wages while doing nothing to bring in revenue - BAD
Paying family members to do jobs they had no business doing - BAD
Not piviting the business away from a lens design that wasn't working, all while lieing to the board and shareholders about how close they were to having something marketable or that it could work with 'off the shelf 'components - BAD
Subsequently blowing through all of the shareholder's dollars without developing anything marketable - BAD
Agreeing to transfer warrants last fall instead of allowing them to expire worthless, good? Nope they turned around and announced they were ditching shares below market price immediately after(early warning) and made those warrants worthless - BAD
Selling block orders (in a shady manner) without cooperating with NXO as per the agreement - DOUBLE BAD
These guys are obviously arrogant douchebags. I hope they get the karma that's coming to them sooner than later.
BUT. With Paul leading the way on bringing in Rich, and together piviting this company into a viable AI software product in a booming industry, there is a LOT to look forward to. This price drop is just noise. Noisier if you listen to all the whiners and trolls, but just noise. Being in the ecosytems NXO is in is no joke. Integration takes a bit of time in this sector as new chips incorporate new software. But this tech is in the rezone(if not already spiking the ball). ALIIS is ARM'd and ready. ALIIS is optimized and integrated into multiple Snapdragon chipsets and is likely finding it's way into new SP's as we speak. And don't underestimate it being offered on Nvidia's Jetson platform. There is a LOT to like here.
So why Paul McKenzie let brothers screwing around?? And even now when they sell shares with no limits, he is silent?? He must be kicked out his own company like Trevor Milton and replaced by an experienced professional who together with Kevin Gordon can deliver sales.
