They are public, their accounts are public.  Though generally they are unaudited and may not follow GAAP.  Alexco themselves has stated there is a lack qualified miners.  
You also forgot to mention is I said lets wait and see for Q2.

I'm implying nothing though I am free to form my own opinions, it's a free country.

"Capitalization and Commercial Viability The Corporation will require additional funds to further explore, develop and mine its properties. The Corporation has limited financial resources, and there is no assurance that additional funding will be available to the Corporation and that  the terms of such financing will be favourable. Failure to obtain such additional financing could result in the delay or indefinite postponement of further exploration and development of its properties."
