RE:Harvest One licenses products to be sold overseas i am not sure what to make of thisNR, WHAT ARE THE ARRANGMENTS WITH THE WB CANNA? 

THEY DON'T Say if F THEY WILL BE PAYING THEM A FEE TO TRY AND SELL THEIR HVT products, or percentage of the sales, or is it another struggling company ( i haven't researched it yet)   and they're trying to see if they can help each other witout any commitment and simply trying to see what sticks.
