its been posted twice by me . and i presume he will use some of the money to pay for the options but as is known by people aware of financial accounting the tax implications are the diff. between the option price and the share price when excuted is considred income so just possibly he is saving some of the sell proceeds to put towards his taxes.which will be a pretty penny.
The diff. in shares will be INSIGNIFICANT when contracts are announced .
