RE:RE:RE:March 18 News Release About New Gold's Investment

RE:RE:RE:March 18 News Release About New Gold's InvestmentI understand the skepticism, but I have no shorts. I'm also sitting on a stash of stocks that I'm afraid could become worthless. Like many others.

The New Gold's 23.7 M (24.8 M - fees) came in late March, but on March 31st the cash in hand was only 21 M with over 40 M in current liabilities. Cash is burning fast. The corporate salaries alone is 1.8 M a quarter (it tripled in the last year). Its possible that they have cash to meet the 3.3M+ debt repayment and more for interest and the hedge payment, but statements in recent press releases indicate otherwise.

We'll get a better picture only when Q2 report comes out, but it may be late by then.
