The Army and PTF have been working together for a decade creating the BCS and Flex 9 Armor. The Trump admin was not cooperative to these friendships. Now the Dems and friends are back in power, a large part of this billion dollar contract will go to PTF/UNI. There is no competitors who offer what we do.
