RE:Run upI see you are back to being very certain.   I fully agree it is possible that stock stays in this range until merger.   Also possible that it goes up before merger.   I guess the bigger question is does it matter?  If you think it will go lower than of course wait to buy.  If you don't necessarily think it will go down more, but you are certain it won't go up until post merger than I guess you could also wait for that.  But not sure why someone would want to miss chance of a run up from here, unless of course you think there is a more downside to come.  I think there is bigger chance this goes higher than that it goes lower.  But that's my opinion and no one can know for sure.
