Thomvest which owns salp purposely kept the 10 million Dollar loan after takeover and board and ceo,cfo,coo all agreed to this and this small loan had covenants/collateral Pli assets,ip attached to this loan 
Galbraith told all investors and lawyers have the audio at 2019 agm stating we kept loan because we didn't want to dilute shares this after they massively diluted shares so they could wipe out retail investors 
I WONDER WHAT THEY WILL SAY UNDER OATH  CANT WAIT TO LISTEN TO WHAT LOUISE MENARD,BEST GALBRAITH,SARTORE KORY SORENSON ETC
