Thanks, Ezzzra! Once again Steves' experience (and formidable ) resume are represented not only in the explanation of the business focus reasons for divesting Sun Valley but also in his astuteness from a financial perspective. Time spent on the audited financials and having the debt from acquiring these clinics written off in 2019 (the year they were acquired) means the sale moves forward debt free. Of course these clinics also made money for two years.

I was glad to see Steve ask Steve the hard question ....not surprisingly the response was factual, transparent and "profitable".

Now let's keep this "business beast" moving with news on Kai, more Canadian clinics and the closing of the Medisure acquisition!!!
