Good luck with all your investing decisions. I do need to tell you that your one sentence post makes absolutely no sense at all.

A couple of quick google searches for your education....

A stock split is a corporate action in which a company divides its existing shares into multiple shares. Basically, companies choose to split their shares so they can lower the trading price of their stock to a range deemed comfortable by most investors and increase the liquidity of the shares.

A special dividend is a non-recurring distribution of company assets, usually in the form of cash, to shareholders. A special dividend is usually larger compared to normal dividends paid out by the company and often tied to a specific event like an asset sale or other windfall event

Sold my very last shares of BPY this week, it has been quite the ride!
