Also, illicit sales probably crept up in the spring when the damn Ont. govt. locked down the economy once again. And what about Alberta where the market is saturated. Aggregate sales don't decline they just get redistributed to the remaining players. The OCS guy and the reporter did a lousy job.

The illicit market is still hovering at 44% which means there is nothing but upside as that gets chipped away. There is further need and plans for further price compression which is fantastic news for extractors with viable tech. 

This articale is literally all good news for us.
