School yard forum?

School yard forum?Relatively new here, so someone fill me in: did someone laugh at this kiki guy for a bearish call some time ago? Seems weird that this board was so quiet and then stock falls a couple of bucks and this guy comes and spams the board with posts of him laughing and how he is banking coin.
