RE:The FactsFor me, it was simply a pleasant surprise to find that Moriarty was such a large investor in Bayhorse. Long before I even knew that his username was "fingerprint42," I had done my own research on the company, read the NRs and technical reports, and decided that its exploration and production-potential, relative to its minuscule market cap, would make it a better investment than any other for the coming silver bull market. The Moriarty posts, when I stumbled on them, simply gave me the reassurance of thinking: "There are serious people who are seriously invested in this company, it is not simply some random penny stock that I am taking a blind gamble on." I felt the same way when I saw that people like Vaughan, Excelsior, and Jay Currie were invested also.
I came to like Moriarty very much after listening to his many Youtube interviews--he has a very good head on his shoulders, not simply when it comes to investing fundamentals, but the state of the world today. He has also been dead right in many of his calls. I mentioned Eloro Resources in a previous post and I might give other examples. Of course nobody gets it right all the time--even a large number of Sprott's stocks have done abysmally since the August peak.
