The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Appian

Appian Chile Spa ,anouther Appian fund,has now sold The Caserones 0.28% net smelter royalty to Nomad Royalty for $23 million ,as well as 2 million share purchase warrants that can be exorcised over 36 months. This sale was probably made after Appian realized they would earn less money after the Chile government said they would increase tax royalty within the country by increasing percentages of tax as the copper price increases on the commodity markets. Just mentioned this , due to this being a fairly recent deal.
