Interest rate

Interest rate is 12.5%, each Jan 20 and Jul 20 until maturity, July 20 2026. Overdue interest payments are assessed interest at 15.5%. There are both put and call features on the bonds under and with certain conditions. The bonds will trade only through Euroclear. No representation is made as to liquidity.
