Also another update for Choom is that a couple weeks ago they completed their previously announced restructuring of approximately $25.9 million of outstanding debt including approximately $21.8 million owing to Aurora Cannabis Inc. and its public offering of units at a price of $0.08 per Unit for gross proceeds of $3.5 million.
