None taken...this was partially in the circular....as I recall PPL originally did not bid for the whole company and Brookfield was also open to this...I think we see the PPL bid somehow have a cash component and agreed sale of assets to Brookfield somehow...but who knows...I am sure the financial wizards can figure it out.
