Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. PMX is approved for therapeutic use in Japan and Europe and has been used safely and effectively on more than 340,000 patients to date. It has pioneered the development of biochemical markers for the clinical syndrome known as septic shock. It is continuing its legacy business of manufacturing and selling certain proprietary reagents. It develops, produces and markets recombinant proteins, antibodies and calibrators. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Is there a disclosure that states, "retail is for $uckers"?

We pay 10% of advertised pricing and best relate to the Walmart "rolling back prices" and "hosing longtime supporters" is the best method of producing "towel throwers" and keeping any new interest away?

Bless you Canada, thank you for allowing a sandbox that only true American power could exploit. Thank goodness the FDA is in control of this game and noboby else. I wonder if they are still concerned about PMX safety after that French debacle? For me I would have followed the Italians and their wonderful phase 2 success to guide future endeavors. Wasn't too sure why they would abandon the phase 2 plan? As time has marched on, the answer is surely being provided buy my home and native land. As some have mentioned, the return has to be massive, otherwise the price you pay to sell your soul is remarkably loe.
