RE:Put my two cents inYou know, I disagree that Sibanye is still in it. Like a lot of people I thought they were posturing by talking the palladium market down, in order to suppress the buyout price.
But they pretty clearly believe what they're saying, that they'd rather be in battery metals and gold. They had Genm's full attention and could have gotten a good deal outside of competition, but that's gone now. They have no reason to start a bidding war except to get rid of their current share. But why make something look very attractive when you just said No to it?
