Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:My thoughtsWhile it looks like a disaster with PG selling,   my thoughts are to hold and add.   Whenever a 
major insider exits,  especially in a small cap stock,  there is bound to be a firesale.   That said,
the deal with IMG remains untouched and has value.   How much value is open to debate,  but
it sure as H ell worth a lot more than .47 where it is trading now.  

I am honestly disappointed with PG and his reactions.   He seems a bit flighty and fallen into 
being a victim of his emotioms like Trump.   What's driving this kind of behaviour I don't know 
but I think once things settle down,  VSR will do better wihout him.   That will be good for shareholders but I feel a bit sorry for PG.   What VSR needs is less drama and some steady
hands and smart stewardship going forward to capitilize on what they have in Nelligan.
