RE:Let's keep our facts straightWell in the midst of applauding management, tell me what the total value of the bonus structure and compensation strucutre that management has put in place to compensate themselves.
From Presentation (slide 14) - We can clearly see that the share based compensation projected is equal to 45 cents a boe or 1/3 of the current value of the dividends paid to the holders of 724 million shares. (57 million dollars)
- We know other G&A expenses projected are 1 dollar a boe that is roughly (128 million dollars)
- $1.45 per boe projected in slides - the actual number is a lot larger.
- G&A and Share bonus costs = 185 million dollars (slide 14 presentation) Projected
Actual Q1 employee SG&A per boe - In the first quater the total G&A expense per boe was $1.6 (significantly more expensive than the number in the current presentation)
- 350,000 * 1.61 *91 = 51 million dollars in Q1
OTHER Bonus Plans Sharholder yearly dividends = 173 million dollars shareholder dividends (
43 million Q1) So SG&A expenses at 51 million in Q1 where way ahead of all the dividends paid to all the share holders while their share value languished in the toilet, and management pursues in pet projects.
No Included in those numbers - Restricted Share Unit and Performance Share Unit Plans
- Share Option Plan
- Long-term Restricted Share Award Plan
- Deferred Share Unit Plan
So Trapped, tell me the value of the total compensation set out for ARC management and employee's, and how it compares to the measly 24 cents a share dividend that the actual shareholders that invest in the company hoping to get meaningful returns and live on in their oild age. Arc management is robbing seniors and pensioners.
