Who said the company was in trouble? I would argue the opposite. WM is closer to their goals than ever before. As for a rollback...it may happen and it might not be great for the stock price in the short term. However, I would find a single rollback acceptable. They did what they had to do to get the company off the ground. If they needed to do a second rollback I would call mismanagement and be heading for the exits.
